New York - September 22, 2008 - Protagenic Therapeutics., Inc. announced today that it will present at the BioContact 2008 symposium at the Chateau Frontenac in Quebec City. The presentation will be given by David A. Lovejoy, Ph.D., Chief Scientific Officer, October 3, 2008 in the Place Bellevue room at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time.

Dr. Lovejoy will provide an overview of the company Research and Development programs, including PT00114 (a natural peptide hormone), which plays a key role in regulating depression, anxiety and other stress-related disorders.
